John Worden speaking at the January 1, 2008 ceremony of the lowering of the Arlington 200 Flag, marking the end of the year-long celebration of the 200th anniversary of Arlington’s existence as a separate community from Cambridge. Worden proposed the committee to Town Meeting, and appointed its members.
